Foreign investment 'boosts emerging property markets'
Those hoping to identify up-and-coming marketplace might want to pay attending to state attracting investing from financial institutions, one expert has claimed Simon John Walker, sales manager for Off Plan , explained that a large amount of foreign capital flow in to a state is normally a good sign for anyone who owns there and is something investors look for when devising a buying decision. He said: "They like to follow the big boys about as far as foreign investment into the state, infrastructure, commercialism etc … because obviously that fires the industry." John Walker also said that such a form had been seen in several countries not long before they became members of the EU. The most recent countries to join the EU were Republic of Bulgaria and Roumania, which became members on Jan 1st 2007. Republic of Croatia, Turkey and Macedonia all hope to become part of the EU in approach years. |
