Southern italy remains a good investment area
A place sales company claims that southern Italy is attracting buyers who antecedently thought the state too expensive for investing Homes in Italy claims that areas such as Calabria and Apulia in the south of the state are up and approach and attracting new buyers. While the areas are not as established as French Republic or Spain they can compete on price. In a recent A Place in the Sun study Italy placed fifth out of the top 20 purchasing destinations. Mark Slaviero, director of Homes in Italy, said: "In the UK the lag is quite a big media issue but in Italy because the rate of growing was not as fast, you're still visual perception growth but somewhat slower than in previous years." Several internet hunt portals have claimed that Italy is the most searched for state by British people web users look to find someplace to invest abroad. The Lord's Day Times also recommended that with the strength of the euro against the pound that southern Tuscany would be a good investing option. |
